You’ll work closely with the founder and team, while also owning and leading projects independently.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and clients
Represent Sunflower professionally and enthusiastically on calls and in in-person conversations
Sales & Revenue Growth:

Define your KPI’s, build dashboards and reporting team-wide.
Own the organic and evergreen campaigns we run for low-cost products and high-value managed services.
Lead the ideation, planning, and full execution of special projects and events (e.g., roundtables, webinars, resource launches, collaborations) designed to generate new leads and position Sunflower as a thought leader
Plan and implement yearly & quarterly strategic initiatives to drive visibility, engagement, and revenue—such as seasonal campaigns, partnerships, events, or email marketing pushes solo and with our CEO
Maintain and update a master calendar for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across the team and timely execution
Proactively bring new ideas to the table around how we can better leverage our network, mailing list, and existing content to generate interest and drive sales
Who you are:
Based in Mexico City (preferred; remote role with occasional in-person meetings or events)
4+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or marketing—preferably in an agency or impact-driven context
Strong background in sales outreach, lead nurturing, and closing deals
Bonus if you understand email marketing, CRM management and organic campaign planning
Confident communicator in English; Spanish is a strong asset
A self-starter who takes initiative, follows up without prompting, and brings new ideas to the table
Competent & able to host video calls, meetings, and in-person connections with mountain time-zone workday availability (or similar)
Bonus if you’ve got chops with performance tracking, building KPIs, and using data to improve strategy
Curious, proactive, and organized—with a strong interest in helping a small business grow
Not necessary, but let us know your past experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector
This is a part-time, remote position (approx 20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling and lots of room to grow.
