What is your specialty?
We specialize in impactful storytelling and strategic communications for nonprofits and social enterprises. We help you get your story told and get in front of your audience through social media, websites, and newsletters.

Will investing in my communications provide a ROI?
Yes! Having strategic social media and newsletters, as well as a strong website is key for effective sales/fundraising. However, in our opinion, organic communications efforts should be done at the same time as other sales/fundraising methods for a layered, well-rounded approach.

Why did you change your services in 2024?
We have changed our services to a new holistic approach (social media, newsletters and website support wrapped into one package) because we believe that in this constantly changing digital world, this approach allows for more innovation and customization.

What type of clients do you have experience working with?
We work with nonprofits, fair-trade companies, foundations, entrepreneurs, and social enterprises whose purpose is in social impact.

Which social media platforms do you specialize in?
Our services are targeted towards Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. We also have limited experience with Twitter and TikTok.

What can a social media presence do for me?
Being on social media allows you to increase brand awareness, build a community, gain supporters, advocate for your cause, provide customer service, fundraise or sell, and tell the story behind your organization to connect with your audience in different ways. Ultimately, it allows you to amplify your impact.

Do you offer paid advertising services?
We do not provide paid advertising services. We may advise you to include it in your strategy, such as boosting posts or creating targeted ads, however we do not include this in our services.

Can I hire you for a la carte services or do I have to choose one of the set packages?
We believe that the packages we have created are the best way we can work with clients in order to create the most impact. However, we understand that some orgs may already have support in some areas and need to hire for one aspect of their communications only, so let’s talk!

What is your guarantee?
All 6 month contracts are eligible for first month cancellation. If you are not happy with our services within the first month, we can cancel our contract and return your money, hassle-free.

What is expected of me, the client?
You are the expert on your brand and subject matter. We will require your involvement to not only send us materials, but also to check our work to ensure the content and voice fits your brand, and fill in any missing information that we may not have.

What is your preferred payment method?
Stripe or Direct Deposit. We will send invoices through our CRM (Dubsado) which is connected to Stripe.
